Is the NBA scout who called Jason Tatum "selfish" right? (video)

Evidently, one of the NBA scouts researching recent Boston Celtics draftee Jayson Tatum felt he is a "selfish" player.



Granted, I have only seen a few of his games in college and most of his Summer League performances, but when I see his game, that word never even enters the picture, and has never turned up in any articles I've read on him until I saw this video.
