Isaiah Thomas officially named an East All-Star reserve

After Isaiah Thomas just barely missed being voted as a starter for the East at the All-Star game, the Celtics point guard has officially been named to the reserves:

This will come as no surprise to anyone who has kept up to date with the Celtics. After a career year in 2015-16, IT4 continues to raise and break the bar this season. Only Russell Westbrook is averaging more points per game than Thomas' absurd 29.1, and his fourth quarter play has cemented him as one of the league's most clutch performers.

Here are the other Eastern Conference All-Star reserves:

Four time All-Star Al Horford, who made the team the last two years, was not selected. Avery Bradley made a great case for himself this season, but also came up short in the voting as expected.

Make sure to check out Isaiah on February 19 balling out with the association's best talent!
