CelticsLife pod 001 - state of the season, IT4MVP, trade rumors and more

The people spoke, and we listened:

Some of you have been on us to start a podcast for a while now, and last week, we went live with a beta test. It went well - better than we'd hoped, actually - so we tightened up the ship, and worked out some of the bugs. Now, we've got the first episode recorded, and have found a hosting home with Blog Talk Radio for those of you who want to find us with your podcatcher apps on I Tunes and Google Play - episodes should appear on those services in the next few weeks. We'll also keep uploading episodes to Soundcloud and Mixcloud for those of you who prefer those services, and we'll keep doing so as long as you are listening there. Make sure you subscribe to the services you use most to stay on top of the latest episodes!

This week's show focuses on the heating up (and cooling down) of the trade market and some the names supposedly on and off the trade block, as well as Isaiah Thomas' place in the MVP race, his league-leading fourth-quarter heroics, other news from around the league, and as always, the week behind us and the week ahead.

Last but by no means least, today's the last day for All-Star voting, so make sure you tweet or post #NBAVote plus the player you want to vote for on Twitter or Facebook. Isaiah Thomas could really use a push, and Avery Bradley and Al Horford have a decent shot at making the team, too. You can vote for as many as ten players once per day per account, so if you still feel obligated to vote for Rajon Rondo or Paul Pierce, no harm done. Get out there and vote!
