Green Envy: What Hawks fans said, 11/13

Summary:
The Celtics improved to 4-4 with a big win at home against the 8-3 Atlanta Hawks. After a back and forth first half, the green pulled away in the 2nd half surviving a late Hawks surge by winning 106-93. It was an impressive home win against one of the best teams in the eastern conference. Hawks fans were pretty aggravated throughout the game and were the most upset at the lack of effort from their team.

it is not April. You do not have a 12 game lead in the conference.

Only saw part of the quarter, but the Celtics' offensive strategy seems to be bricking jumpers to create rebound opportunities

Crowder's shot never looks like it has a chance

Did Amir Johnson really get 2 people up in the air with a pump fake on a 3?

As a lefty shooter myself, gotta show respect to Thomas, much better than watching Josh Smith and his lefty jumpers for all those years

Don't know if it has to do with the stream, but I can hear the celtics communicate on defense very clearly, whereas I don’t hear anything when the Hawks are on D

Why is Jay freaking Crowder killing us on the boards?

Our shoes seem to be slick. Shades of the ice melting under the Boston Garden parquet again.

Refs taking full advantage of the fact that they don't have to face Bud's stares

Dunno why we look so tired, but when Dennis can't get around Kelly freakin Olynyk, you know that we don't have our legs

Al is a great player, but sometimes I swear he can be Charmins soft under the basket

Seriously, CROWDER is the guy you're letting own the boards?

I know long rebounds are tough on the defense, but the Celtics shouldn't be getting EVERY SINGLE one

I don't know who completely lost Turner on defense but you messed up badly
