ESPN Insider rates Marcus Smart better starting PG than Derrick Rose, Tony Parker and Rajon Rondo

"What's up bro?  I'm better than you."
Bradford Doolittle of ESPN Insider recently ranked all 30 starting point guards in the NBA.  His formula is based on wins above replacement player and real plus-minus numbers.

The top three are no surprise: Stephen Curry, Chris Paul and Russell Westbrook, in that order.  The Celtics Marcus Smart checked in at No. 17, right behind Kemba Walker and just ahead of Reggie Jackson.  The big names that fell below Smart are pretty surprising:

19 - Derrick Rose
20 - Deron Williams
21 - Tony Parker
22 - Rajon Rondo

Keep in mind, this is just starting point guards, so Isaiah Thomas doesn't crack the list.  It's also not future rankings, it's based on the 2015-16 season.  As excited as I am about Smart's potential, I have a hard time believing he's already better than all four of those guys.
