Cup of Joe. Isaiah Thomas has already hit more free throws than Rondo

In just three games, Isaiah Thomas has already had more made free throws than Rajon Rondo

What you're about to see is an optical illusion. First, a stat from ESPN, then an explanation
Isaiah Thomas has made 23 FT in 3 games with Boston (11-11 tonight). Former Celtics PG Rajon Rondo has made 19 FT in 47 games this season.

Half of you will look at that stat, and you'll see me as a Rondo hater. Your blood is boiling, and there's no other possible explanation for why I'd post this unless I hated Rondo. If someone were to present another one to you, you'd not only disagree you'd think that it's preposterous. "How could anyone think this guy isn't a total h8r?!" you'll say to yourself.

The other half of you will remind yourself that this is a daily column, and sometimes there isn't like, A TON, of news. And this is kind of an interesting stat. 'I don't think this is any reflection on his thoughts on Rajon Rondo and I don't know how anyone else could see anything else but an interesting stat.'

Start your morning off with... Andre Iguodala, out here murderin' dudes

Good night, sweet Delladova

Today in WTHHT we remember #34 before Paul Pierce (and no I don't mean this guy or this guy), Kevin Gamble.

Kevin was picked in the 3rd round of the 1987 draft by the Portland Trailblazers out of the University of Iowa (where he was a teammate of BJ Armstrong). After just 9 games with the Blazers during the 1988 season, he'd move on to the CBA, where he played for the Quad City Thunder. After heading to the Philippines to play for a month for Anejo Rum (where he averaged almost 50 ppg- yes Gamble was the Wilt Chamberlain of the Philippines in 1988!) , he came back to Quad City and averaged almost 30 ppg. It was during this stretch he began turning heads. The Celtics' Larry Bird was injured and they signed Gamble.
