A Western Conference team has been 'asking questions' about Gerald Wallace?

With Thursday's 3 pm trade deadline rapidly approaching, Steve Bulpett of the Boston Herald wrote a column today discussing the role the Celtics could play as a facilitator in making deals happen throughout the league.  Included towards the end was this little nugget of information:

...while it’s hard to picture another club wanting to take on 32-year-old Gerald Wallace with $10.1 million left on his contract for 2015-16, at least one team in the Western Conference mix has been asking questions about him.

Hmm, I wonder what kind of questions this team is asking?

"If we take on Wallace and his contract, will you give us Marcus Smart?"

"If you buy him out, is he a good veteran bench presence we should add for next to nothing while you still pay him?

"Did he pose like that next to the sad little girl on purpose?"

Regardless of what this club's alleged interest in Wallace is, it's not going to be anything that will do the Celtics any favors.
