Sixers cut Keith Bogans, fairy tale ride over
The offseason adventures of Keith Bogans continued yesterday as he was waived by the Philadelphia 76ers.
Update: Drew Gordon and Malcolm Lee are now with the team; Keith Bogans and Jarvis Varnado have been waived.

It looks as if Bogans' dreams of making $5 million+ for a second consecutive season of doing nothing have finally come to an end. After his non-guaranteed contract was passed around from the Celtics to the Cavs to the Sixers, I figured Philly (or the next team hoping to acquire a trade exemption) might hang on to him until February and try to dump him at the deadline on a franchise looking for 2015-16 cap room.
I guess Bogans will just have to be happy with the fact that he made over $91,000 per minute last year with Boston (sadly that's not an exaggeration).
