Rondo's awesome 'Boston Strong' kicks

One of the nice things about approaching this year's Boston Marathon is all the small, but very nice, sweet gestures being made in regards to last year's tragedy. And while skeptics might point to the gesture made by Rajon Rondo and his shoe company Anta as simple marketing, one can't deny the end-result; a really awesome pair of sneakers that have a really nice message behind them that neither party really needed to make.

As one could probably figure, the letters on the side are the initials of all the victims of last year's bombings. The shoes were appropriately blue and yellow colored, and the tongue appears as a Marathon runner's number tag with the words 'Boston Strong' written on them.
