Amateur Bowler scheduled to play for Pacers tonight

ESPN.com is reporting that amateur bowler, Andrew Bynum is scheduled to make his Pacers' debut tonight against the Boston Celtics:

Andrew Bynum will play his first NBA game in three months as he makes his Indiana Pacers debut against Boston on Tuesday night.

"Andrew's going to play tonight," Pacers coach Frank Vogel told reporters after shootaround. "It was really nothing that we saw with Andrew that made us decide. It was just a matter of meeting with [team president] Larry [Bird], seeing where our team is.

At this point in time, CelticsLife is unable to confirm if Bynum has any previous basketball experience.

UPDATE: After running an extensive search on AltaVista, it does appear that Bynum has previously played professional basketball.
