Avery Bradley and Rajon Rondo both to miss time on West Coast road trip
Specifically for Avery Bradley, the time in question is all of it. He did not make the trip down with the team today.
The Celtics will be without Avery Bradley and Vitor Faverani for their West Coast trip that begins tomorrow night in Phoenix.

Of course, Vitor Faverani will also be staying behind. Remember him?
The Celtics aren't exactly in the mode of winning games, but Bradley's continued injury problems are still significant. This is a player who is up for restricted free-agency. Do the Celtics really feel confident with him as a building block for their future franchise? Will other teams?
Anyway, the Celtics also play a back to back on this road trip, and post-ACL tear Rondo has grown accustomed to missing the second night of those. This weekend when the Cs play the Lakers and Kings back to back will be no different.
Rondo says he won't play second night of the Friday-Saturday LAL-SAC back to back... So he's still planning to be a Celtic.

If the Celtics do end up making any big moves before Thursday's trade deadline, they could be pretty short handed out west. The return of Vander Blue, anyone?
