I think by now all of us know Rajon Rondo is supposed to be back by December. Will it be the final game in December, or somewhere in between?
With the month of November ending soon that December time frame is nearing. Ainge has been adamant about no timetable for Rondo but it seems like his return is nearing regardless.
Boston Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo participated in some half-court scrimmaging during Monday's practice, but still has not revealed a timetable for when he might return to the lineup.
According to the Boston Herald's Steve Bulpett, Rondo worked up a sweat during a half-court scrimmage near the end of the Celtics practice at Houston's Toyota Center.
"Not much real contact for Rondo at practice, but he says he is feeling much better," Bulpett tweeted. "And, no, still no timetable for a return."
It appears Rondo has been cleared for more contact. He had previously only been granted the OK for 1-on-1 play.
Right now the focus has been the rumor mill with Rondo. It seems like the return of Rondo is years away. It's been about 10 months since we've seen the best play maker in the game. This is good news regardless of no timetable yet for Rajon.
