It's official: Celtics vs Knicks in Round 1

After the Celtics locked up the East's 7th seed with their blowout win in Orlando last night, the Knicks have just clinched the #2 spot by defeating the Pacers this afternoon, setting up what could be an epic first round battle between Boston and New York.  Three weeks ago I suggested it might be in the C's best interests to try to make this matchup happen, but after New York's 13 game winning streak I'm a little wary of what I wished for.  Despite their dominant play of late, I'd still like to think the Knicks three-point dependent offense will struggle in the postseason.  And if ever there was a team (besides Miami) that Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett could will themselves to victory over, it's New York.  I can't wait to watch.
