Antoine Walker to return to Boston

Former Celtic Antoine Walker will be returning to Boston this week, but instead of suiting up for the C's, 'Toine will be performing the Harlem Shake with the Celtics Dancers at halftime of the Celtics-Pistons game on Wednesday.

This will be the second time in a one week span that a popular figure from the 90's performs at an NBA halftime show, as Vanilla Ice rocked the mic during the Milwaukee Bucks-Oklahoma City Thunder game on March 30th.

After he shimmies and shakes with the Celtics dancers, 'Toine suggested that the TD Garden holds a 4 point shooting contest as opposed to the usual half court shootouts that other teams promote, and he could kick it off as its inaugural participant.

We'll see how that turns out.

HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY FROM CELTICSLIFE.COM!

It would be pretty awesome if someone could actually convince 'Toine to shake it at halftime. In the meantime, you can watch this pretty awesome Antoine Walker "Shimmy" compilation by former Celtics Life writer Jesse Dampolo.
