Jason Terry calls Kris Humphries a fake tough guy

Following the Celtics 95 to 83 loss to the Nets Wednesday night, it seemed that everyone only wanted to discuss the Rajon Rondo/Kris Humphries altercation that followed the latter's hard foul on Kevin Garnett.  KG was appreciative of Rondo having his back, saying, "Rajon doesn't like anybody messing with teammates or messing with brothers or family. It's been how it is since I've been here. We have each other's backs out there."

Celtics captain Paul Pierce also said he understood the reaction by Rondo, but it was Kris Humphries' former teammate in Dallas, Jason Terry, who had the strongest comments for the ex Kardashian.
"Some guys are tough. Some guys pretend to be. He's one of those that pretends to be," said Terry. "I played with him (on the 2009-10 Dallas Mavericks). Maybe that's the role (head coach) Avery (Johnson) wants him to have, but he could leave that to somebody else."

Maybe the Celtics and Nets will become a rivalry after all. If Terry played with Humphries and he had this to say, it definitely says something considering the Jet has always been known as a solid teammate. I don't think he'd make anything up. Good to see KG, Pierce, and Terry coming to their teammate's (Rondo's) defense. I wonder if Ray would have? Actually I know the answer and that's why this team has a good shot of righting the ship. Better chemistry. Now they just need to play better, tougher basketball.
