Mickael Pietrus concussion update

Things don't seem to be going very well for Mickael Pietrus, who got a concussion when the Celtics last played the Philadelphia 76ers. During his pre-game interview today, Doc Rivers told the media that Pietrus has a severe (grade 3) concussion and has yet to begin any tests since he is still sensitive to light.

According to Rivers, Pietrus is not expected to be back before the playoffs.
