Pierce and Celtics dominate Raptors BOS 100 TOR 64


The Celtics never trailed, as they blew out the Toronto Raptors tonight 100-64 at the TD Garden. Their lead was as large as 40 and they shot 52% from the field, while holding the Raptors to just 34.2%.

Paul Pierce led the Celtics with another great game (17 points, 8 assists and 6 rebounds). Brandon Bass added 12 points and 9 rebounds. Ray Allen also had 12 points and shot 2-of-3 from behind the arc.

Jerryd Bayless led the Raptors with 14 points.

Boston will improve to 11-10 while the Raptors have fallen to 7-16. The Celtics are 2-0 against the Raptors this season and are now 6-2 without Rajon Rondo.

Boston will take on the Knicks friday night at home.
