The Nets have acquired Deron Williams.Regardless of Deron's problems that led to Sloan's resignation this is a no brainer for the Nets. Almost all the NBA superstars nowadays are divas, so you just deal with it and move on. Nets are probably better off with with Williams than they would have been with Melo. Jazz now have about 17 power forwards.
Devin Harris and Derrick Favors will be traded to the Jazz, along with two first round picks.
New Jersey will send Troy Murphy to Golden State, while the Warriors trade Dan Gadzuric to the Nets.
