Robinson Expected to make Celtics Debut on Tuesday

CSNNE
All indications are that Nate Robinson's Celtic debut will be Tuesday against his former team, the New York Knicks. Robinson spent Sunday working out at the Celtics' practice facility in Waltham, Mass.

Coach Doc Rivers plans to meet with Robinson as well as rookie Marcus Landry, who was also part of the five-player trade with New York.

Rivers will spend some time going over a few sets, but he's not banking on Robinson being able to grasp the Celtics offense without a few games and practices under his belt.

"He's not going to know anything by Tuesday, I can tell you that," Rivers said. "When he comes in, we'll run pick-and-roll."
Expect to see Robinson be thrown into the fire with Pierce doubtful for Tuesday and Tony Allen struggling of late. I'd much rather see Robinson out there with one practice under his belt then be forced to watch Brian "Inbounds Pass" Scalabrine play the 3.
